Lips: Party Classics is zo veel meer dan een uitbreiding aan songs op een disc. Het is een volledige verzamiling aan kleine features die laten merken dat er nog hard aan deze gamereeks gezwoegd wordt.
Het belangrijkste is de support voor onder meer andere USB mircophones zoals deze gebruikt bij Rock Band en Guitar Hero. Avatar integratie, ontgrendelbare Avatar rewards, gameplay challenges, ... het zijn een paar leuke toevoegingen die deze game af maken. Indien je zoekt naar dat ietsje meer in de serie, zal deze Party Classics een aanrader zijn. Daarnaast bevinden zich er op dit schijfje maar liefst 40 nieuwe populaire songs waaronder het alom gekende "Sweet Home Alabama" en "American Pie" .
